How do you handle the cable-gland plate — fixed or removable?

Removable plates are standard — cable-gland plate is fixed by M6 screws and gasketed. This allows the integrator to drill custom gland patterns on-site during installation if field changes are needed.

Do you supply with DIN rails and wireducts pre-installed?

Yes. DIN rails (TS35 aluminum), wireduct (plastic or metal), and earth busbar (copper 4×25 mm on insulated standoffs) are pre-installed per your drawing. Only the electrical components (PLC, drives, breakers, terminals) need to be added by the integrator.

For SS 304 panels — #4 brushed or glass-bead finish?

Both are available. #4 brushed is the standard SS finish for industrial panels — durable and hides fingerprints. Glass-bead (matte) is preferred for cleanroom and pharma applications where the matte surface reduces visual glare. Specify at order entry.

What about cable-gland types for hazardous area use?

We can pre-install approved Ex-e or Ex-d cable glands (CCG, Hawke, Peppers, Raxton) — supplied through customer BOM. We cut precise gland-size holes and apply appropriate gasket seal. Hazardous-area certification of the completed panel remains the integrator's scope.

Can you supply EMC-shielded control panels?
